Refund Policy

Here at H4KUR we will accept refunds and exchanges.

 

RETURNS

To be able to accept a return, the item must be in its original packaging. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

 

Proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Without this, a return is not possible.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

On arrival of your return, you will be notified that we have received it. After relevant checks to the item, you will be notified of the outcome of the return. This will either be an approval or rejection of your refund.

On approval, your payment method will be automatically refunded within a certain amount of working days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have any problems regarding your refund, please allow for 7 working days and check your bank account.

Please also make checks with your credit card company if this was your method of payment.

EXCHANGES

If your item is found to be damaged or faulty as it should and you wish to exchange it for the same item, you can contact us at sales@h4kur.co.uk to organise your exchange.

 

SHIPPING

A shipping address will be supplied to you with an RMA request.

 

Please note: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs in order to return your item. The refund will have the shipping costs deducted.

Depending on customer location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider your shipping methods as we are not responsible for any loss throughout the postal system.
